We are members of Visit Britain's Cyclist Welcome scheme. We provide secure bike storage and the use of your own Private Sauna.

The small hamlet of Trelash lies on the Cornish Way cycle trail which winds its way towards the coast through beautiful farmland and valleys. You will find many circular routes along quite country lanes which lead you back to the cottage. There are also some great pubs within cycling distance. You could also cycle down down to Crackington Haven and have lunch on the beach in one of the lovely cafes.
We are also very happy to drop you off within a 15 mile radius of the cottage allowing you to cycle back at your leisure. We provide cycle route maps as well as facilities to service, repair and store your cycles.
Many of our guests enjoy also exploring the famous Camel Trail which is a free 18 mile cycle way which runs from Bodmin to Padstow and passes through Wadebridge. You will enjoy some of the most spectacular countryside in the south west. You can take your own bikes with you or hire from www.bridgebikehire.co.uk.
Bridge Bike Hire have also agreed to allow our guests to hire cycles for the week and keep them at the cottage. If you arrange this prior to your holiday they will drop your cycles at the cottage ready for your arrival.
On your return why not jump straight into a long hot sauna!

We provide washing and drying facilities for wet outdoor clothes and the added bonus of your own Private Sauna.

You will be spoilt for choice if you enjoy walking. The cottage is perfectly located between the beautiful North Cornwall coast and the stunning landscape of Bodmin Moor. The Moor is a haven for a wide variety of flora and fauna and is steeped in history and myth.
The area is littered with footpaths allowing you to discover the unique and picturesque countryside that Cornwall is famous for, many parts of which can only be reached on foot. Take a packed lunch and enjoy views across to Dartmoor from Warbstow Bury's ancient hill fort just a couple of miles away.
You will find plenty of literature in the cottage allowing you to explore on your own or please do ask us for advice.
We are also always happy to drop our guests off a comfortable walking distance from the cottage allowing you to wander back down country lanes full of wild flowers, pausing to watch new born lambs playing in the spring sunshine.
The South West Coast Path is just a 10 minute drive away and has recently been named as one of the world's greatest tourist attractions by Lonely Planet's Best in Travel guide 2009.
